I'm here in Chicago at the ABA Techshow and Matt Homann and Larry Bodine are discussing Blogging. They suggested Typepad.com because of it's ease of use so I decided to give it a shot. So far it's taken me about 30 minutes to get to the stage where I can write my first post. I hope to post about important legal issues facing consumers and injury victims and other interesting non-law related topics. This Blog is not intended to create an attorney/client relationship and you should not rely upon is as a source for legal advice because the laws of every jurisdiction are different and your case is unique. Alabama Stete Bar Association rules require the following disclaimer "no representation is made that the quality of legal services to be provided is greater than the quality of legal services offered by other lawyers in the community"
Hope to see a post about personal rights of those who are the subject of bloggers! What a great topic for this site.
